Web House International Domain Transfer Policy

At Web House International, we strive to make domain management seamless for our clients. If you wish to transfer your domain from one registrar to another, please carefully review our Domain Transfer Policy below.

Eligibility for Domain Transfer

1. The domain name must be registered for at least 60 days before initiating the transfer.
2. The domain should be in an unlocked status, and you must provide the authorization code (EPP code) for the transfer process.
3. The domain must not be subject to any disputes, restrictions, or pending legal actions.

Domain Transfer Fee

A transfer fee of $25 will apply for all domain transfers. This fee covers the processing, authorization, and administrative tasks involved in the transfer.

How to Transfer Your Domain

1. Initiate the Transfer Request: Contact our support team at [support@webhouse.com] or through your account dashboard to begin the transfer process.
2. Unlock Your Domain: Ensure your domain is unlocked in your Web House International account.
3. Obtain Authorization Code: You will need to request the EPP code (authorization code) for your domain, which we will send to your registered email address.
4. Pay Transfer Fee: Once you have received the payment invoice for the transfer, please settle the $25 transfer fee. We accept payments via credit card or PayPal.
5. Complete the Transfer: After the fee has been paid and the authorization code is submitted, we will process the transfer to the new registrar. The process typically takes 5-7 business days to complete, depending on the receiving registrar’s requirements.

Important Notes

• Once the domain transfer is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not confirm the transfer, the process will be canceled.
• No refund will be issued for domain transfer fees once the transfer process has begun.
• Ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid any delays or issues during the transfer process.
• Domain expiration: Please ensure that your domain is not expired at the time of transfer. If your domain is close to expiring, it is recommended that you renew it before initiating the transfer.
